Natural pores, veins, mineral lines and tonal variations may be normal characteristics of marble, travertine, onyx and other stones. Damage that affects stability, structure or normal use should be reported separately.

Stone approval may be available for selected bespoke orders, depending on material availability, quantity, fabrication requirements and the production stage.

Use a soft cloth with clean water or a suitable pH-neutral stone cleaner. Avoid acidic products, abrasive pads, bleach and harsh household chemicals.

Use protective bases, coasters or pads where appropriate. Blot spills promptly, especially oils, fragrance, cosmetics and strongly coloured liquids.

Lift the tray with two hands while supporting the complete base. Do not carry a heavy stone tray by one corner, the raised rim or decorative handles alone.

Initials, monograms, inscriptions and logos may be possible depending on the selected stone, thickness, design, artwork quality and available engraving or inlay method.

Changes may not be possible after material allocation or production begins. The complete specification should therefore be reviewed carefully before final approval.

Delivery timing depends on whether the tray is in stock or made to order, the destination, production requirements and the selected delivery method. A confirmed timeline should be provided during the order process.

Packaging is selected according to the tray’s size, shape, weight, rim and destination, using suitable protective materials and structural support.

Photograph the unopened package, shipping label, protective packaging and product immediately, then contact the company within the reporting period stated in the current delivery or damage policy.
